Kano Pillars FC on Saturday kicked off their CAF Champions League qualifying campaign as they recorded a 3-2 win over Asante Kotoko FC at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
Paul Hilary gave Pillars the lead in the 12th minute, before Justice Blay and Godfred Asiamah handed the Ghanaian side the advantage in the second half.
